Portland Head in Fort Williams Park Light is listed in the National Registry of Historic Places and is one of the most beautiful and recognized light houses in Maine. It is situated in Cape Elizabeth and overlooks Portland harbor and Casco Bay. When visiting New England be sure to take in the maritime museum and breathe in the fresh salt water air flowing in straight off the Atlantic Ocean. The phantom ship was added to enhance the intrigue of this early evening capture. After all, the dog needed to have something spiritual to allure the lady with the camera; right??
