Detached-Impressionism is a portrait by contemporary artist Mike Breau utilizing a broad array of digital enhancement techniques to introduce a new series geared anywhere from real and oftentimes surreal mental thought provocation. Everyone is invited to enjoy these new works as our journey continues to unfold. All my portraits are geared to represent emotions and do not reflect any known entities. Before the creation of any abstracts, semi-abstracts or surreal images, my character representations were first actualized in numerous different forms and a virtual dissemination determined to stray from any actual personal facial recognition.
